 Unleash Your Inner Magdalene

Explore the concept of Anthropos – being fully human – and how to access your innate potential for being fully human. Understand the inherent balance of both masculine and feminine energies within each of us and the healing that is wanted in our current environment. Get in touch with the anger/rage you’ve suppressed for so long, as well as your heart’s true desires…

We will use movement, pranayama, guided meditations and visualizations to embark on a journey of self-reflection and introspection. The guided meditations help to initiate profound healing. Experience the power of specific exercises brought forth by Mary Magdalene and tailored to this workshop series.

You will walk away with practices to integrate the newfound wisdom into your daily life, leaving you feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and connected to your most authentic self.

Embark on this transformative journey of self-discovery, energetic balance, and inner harmony. Join “The Way of the Magdalene” workshop series and unlock your full human potential.

Our Teacher

Kelly Graham

A practitioner of yoga since 1987, Kelly began her yoga journey at YogaWorks in Santa Monica, California, studying – by sheer happenstance – with yoga legends such as Erich Schiffmann, Richard Freeman, Maty Ezraty, Chuck Miller, and others. She completed her 200-hour (RYT 200) yoga teaching training and certification from the White Lotus Foundation with Ganga White and Tracey Rich in Santa Barbara, CA. She co-founded and ran the Synergy Center, a yoga and massage center in Salt Lake City, Utah in the 1990s. While in Salt Lake, Kelly partnered with other yoga instructors such as Charlotte Bell, Jay Jones, and Sara Chambers of Hugger Mugger to create a community-based yoga studio.

In 2006, Kelly began studying The Gospel of Mary Magdalene (translated by Jean-Yves Leloup, 2002) which is the first English-language translation of the original Coptic Gospel of Mary Magdalene, which was discovered before the Dead Sea Scrolls. This gospel beautifully reveals the presence, depth and eminence of the divine feminine.

Kelly’s reverence for Mary Magdalene and the work she was doing thousands of years ago have only grown stronger. Through a series of meditations, Kelly has been guided to bring aspects of the Magdalene’s work to the world at this time and, as such, has created a series of workshops focused on balancing the masculine and feminine energies within each human being.
